Fagin lives in Islington, this place is dirty and dark. There are people fighting and drinking in the streets. He is an ugly old man with red hair. Fagin is a bad man and he drinks and smokes. He lets children live with him if they steal things for him. He takes care of them, and this is good, but he forces them to be thiefs, and this is bad. The poor children must do it because Fagin's home is all that they have.

Old Sally lived and worked in the workhouse, she assisted Oliver when he was born. She knows the secret of the gold locket . She has a lot of information about Oliver.

Agnes gave birth to Oliver in a workhouse. The local doctor and old Sally delivered Oliver.
Agnes died when Oliver was born.
Oliver's mother was a pale young woman and beautiful.

Mrs Mann is an angry old woman. She is responsible for Oliver and other children.
She dind't care about the children, she only care about herself.
The Board of Directors responsible for the workhouse gives money to Mrs Mann to give the children food and clothes, but she keeps the money for herself. When the Board of Directors comes to see the children, she dresses them in good, clean clothes.
One time, she bit Oliver and locked him in the cellar with two other boys.
She is a bad person, and egoist.

Mr. Sowerberry is the undertaker, he is a strong man. However he is a nice person and always says: ok. And his wife is a bad person.

Mrs Soweberry was a thin woman with an angry face. She was worried of all the food Oliver would eat in the future. Then she took him uptairs. She is a woman very rude, for example to force Oliver to sleep in the shop of coffins.

Noah Claypole is a child that works at the same workhouse that Oliver Twist.
He was a big boy whit a big head. He had small eyes and a red nose.He has very poor, but he wasn't an orphan. He is in a workhouse only for work. One day, Oliver hit Noah because he insulted Oliver's mother.

He is Oliver's age, he looks like a boy, but he moves like a man. He wears a hat and a man's coat, which is too big for him. He is tall and he has ugly eyes. He says to Oliver to live in Fagin's house, the old man who keeps children if they steal for him.

He has a black and big dog. His dog is very violent too.
He has a very young girlfriend, her name is Nancy. She loves him but Bill kill Nancy.

Nancy is a young girl that works for Bill Sykes. She is a Bill's girlfriend.
She is seventeen years old. She is one of the members of Fagin's gang.
She works at a public bar, and has a side job as a prostitute.
Nancy is not entirely good or entirely bad.
